Job Title: People Services Manager
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Manage employee welfare, safety, wellness, and health
- Creation and management of e-learning Platforms
- Design and development of HR systems and strategy
- Support in Recruitment and Talent Management activities
- Evaluate employee benefits to ensure that they are competitive
- Manage third-party vendors as it relates to Compensation and Benefits
- Design and develop appropriate KPIs for role positions
- Responsible for Office and ICT coordination
- Coordinate and track the Employee Appraisal process, and counseling
- Manage the employee engagement surveys and team-building activities
- Ensure the organization’s compliance with the statutory requirements
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Personnel Management or relevant course
- HR Generalist knowledge and full-cycle HR processes
- 5 years experience in Talent acquisition and management
- Track record of reviewing employees’ benefits offering
- Candidate must be CIPM certified
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Must have experience managing diverse teams
- Ability to develop and manage performance tools, processes and policies
