Job Summary
- The Recruitment specialist will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, recruiting, and retaining talented employees.
- The job holder will also be responsible for developing and implementing talent management strategies, including employee development, retention, and succession planning, to ensure the organization has a strong pipeline of talent to support its growth.
- He/ She must ensure the efficient execution of daily activities, and that the quality control and quality management system (QMS) are fully operational and in compliance with ISO standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Source and screen candidates using various recruitment tools and techniques, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
- Manage the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting assessments, and extending job offers.
- Develop and implement talent management strategies, including employee development, retention, and succession planning.
- Develop and maintain relationships with universities and professional organizations to build a pipeline of talent.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and management.
- Ensure the recruitment process is efficient and effective, and provides a positive candidate experience.
- Monitor and report on employee engagement and retention rates.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements related to recruitment and talent management.
- Develop and maintain a strong employer brand that attracts top talent
- You shall comply with all the provisions of the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) 2019.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- And any other task assigned to you by the Branch Lead P&C and the Global Lead P&C.
The Person
- A Bachelor’s (B.Sc.) Degree in any relevant Social Science or Business Degree is required for this role.
- Minimum of 3 years HR work experience preferably in the Healthcare industry or FMCG sector.
- A working knowledge of relevant National Labour Laws is required for this role.
- Membership of relevant professional bodies such as CIPM and any other relevant bodies is desired for this role
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office packages
- Excellent negotiation, communication, business presentation and people relations skills.
