Job Description
- Provide support to other departements to ensure a smooth office operation.
- Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times.
- Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, distributing memos and reports and ensuring that everyone is kept current of necessary company news and information.
- Greeting and directing visitors, answering phone inquiries and handling complaints in a courteous, professional manner.
- Maintains a system for recording the use of expenses and petty cash.
- Coordinates and schedules travel meetings and appointments for senior officials.
- Ensures all office equipment is in good working order.
- Updates Fixed Asset Register.
- Organizes stationery orders, office supplies and ensures there is sufficient stock without overstocking.
- Follows up on orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Reconciles monthly utility statements.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 2+ years relevant work experience.
- Ideal candidate should reside along Ajah – Sangotedo Axis.
- Experience in Office Administration
- Possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy.
Salary
N70,000 – N90,000 Monthly.
