Job Title: Tele Sales Agent
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description
- We are currently recruiting for the Tele Sales Agent position with VIP Express Tourism Limited forour Lagos office.
- The TeleSales Agent will be responsible for communicating via telephone, introducing clients to VIP Express Tourism Limited and booking them to attend sales presentation.
Responsibilities
- Sell the Company service by establishing contact and developing relationships with clients via telephone.
- Developing a good relationship with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
- Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Being a team player by contributing to the team effort related to the result as needed
- Identifying the prospect’s needs and being able to provide a solution to such needs.
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Requirements / Qualifications
- SSCE / OND / HND / B.Sc in any relevant discipline.
- At least 1 year prior experience in telesales or equivalent customer service/sales roles is a plus.
- Must be well spoken, outgoing, friendly, enthusiastic, vibrant and financially motivated.
- Willingness to learn about products and services specifications and benefits
- Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English language.
- Proximity to the job location is important.
Salary
N30,000 – N70,000 / month.
