Job Title: Sales Associate
Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • We are looking for a competitive Insurance Sales Associateto help us expand our business by actively seeking and acquiring new clients.
  • You will identify their needs and demands and sell accordingly.
  • The goal is to formulate strong relationships to ensure growth and preserve and augment our firm’s prestige.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for sales of HEIRS range of retail products and services while bulding strong relationships with our customers.
  • Meet expected Monthly Budgets and generate large numbers of customers on a monthly basis.
  • Retain continuous awareness of transactions, sales and terms and keep relative records.
  • Prepare and submit Activity / Sales reports to the Line Manager on the success of your sales endeavours.
  • Collect information from customers on their risk profiles in order to offer them the proper solution.
  • Frequently replenish job-specific knowledge and apply it on the field.
  • Fulfill all Company-established Policy Obligations

Requirements

  • Minimum of HND or B.Sc in a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years Proven Experience in Sales.
  • Good knowledge of insurance Plans (fire, Property, Automobile etc).
  • Minimum of 2 years sales experience in any financial institution would be an added advantage.
  • Good Communication / Interpersonal / Negotiation / Presentation / Relationship Managemet Skills.

Remuneration
N50,000 – N70,000 Monthly.
