Job Summary

  • Our client is in need of a Customer Experience Agent who would offer support to customers who have questions, concerns, problems, or who want to purchase any product or service of the organisation.

Responsibilities

  • To receive customer calls, provide accurate and relevant responses to their enquiries, concerns and/or complaints
  • To make post service follow-up calls to understand the level of satisfaction achieved from the organisation’sin-store experience.
  • This may require addressing any concerns/complaints that may arise.
  • To alert customers of their due services within the framework of the organization’sstandards.
  • To identify customer’s needs by probing further to fully understand the nature of their enquiries to be able to offer suitable solutions.
  • To keep records of all customer interactions/conversations in a detailed and accurate manner using provided tools
  • To provide accurate product and service information where needed.
  • To flag and escalate tickets to the Team lead where necessary Process Improvement.
  • To make suggestions on how to improve workflow to serve the customer better.
  • To share ideas on improving team engagements.

Competency / Skills / Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or it’s equivalent from an accredited university, in any relevant field of study (Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences is an added advantage).
  • Must possess at least 1 year of experience in Customer service.
  • Certificate of completion of the compulsory One-year National Youths Service Corps Knowledge and Skills
  • Outstanding Customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Must possess active listening skills.
  • Effective problem solving and flexibility skills.
  • Must possess clear and concise communication skills.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Empathy and emotional intelligence.
  • Must have Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google, and all related tools experience.
